关于testtrack pro的设置疑问

Allow administrator to permanently destroy inactive projects
If this option is selected the “Delete Project “button is displayed on the Projects dialog box in the Server Admin Utility. This allows the administrator to permanently delete inactive projects in RDBMS databases.

指导手册上是这么说的，但是我在TT Server Admin Utilty里的projects的对话框里没有看到这个“Delete Project ”按钮；即使我已经勾选上了该复选框。是怎么回事？难道是版本问题？
