Job Responsibilities

l  Interacting with client in terms of tasking assignments, issue resolving, scheduling, reporting

l  Lead a test team of about 15 testers.

l Mentor &  guide team members in test planning, executing & issue resolving.

l  Test resourcing hiring.

l  Task assignments, schedules, issue resolving, reporting.

l  Member performance review.

l   Ensure on time completion of testing tasking.

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)

At least 6+ years working experience in testing area, and with more than 2 years testing management experience.

C#/Java in 3 years experiences, must be able to understand at least one programming/scripting language.

Good people management, client management skills.

Experienced in various testing tools and their application.

Quality metrics implementation experience would be advantageous.

Knowledge and practice of white-box testing, automated testing and code coverage;

English Read and Write, English oral communication

Focal point for this position: the ideal candidates should skilled with both testing and coding. The main responsibilities are focus on project management + client management + people management. No much more hands on work, but strong leadership is highly must.

前两条我就不符合

coding这块可以稍微弱点，但是一定要做过automation testing, prefer C# coding。testing这块一定要强。。anyway,有兴趣可以发简历过来看看。
