职位一大连英语测试高级经理
13年以上工作经验
测试技术及经验丰富
熟悉自动化性能测试
5年以上项目及人员管理经验
金融快消行业优先
英语流利
BASE大连
1. Minimum 3 or 5 years of Testing experience
2. Banking domain experience preferred(Retail/Investment)
3. Automation testing Tools exposure -Loadrunner (Performance more than 2yrs preferred), Proficiency in developing test plan, test cases and execute testing, QA and SDLC development methodologies required ,following ISO standards is plus
4. Analyze transaction, Record Script and optimize script
5. Good computer basic knowledge, database for one (oracle, sql server, mysql) at least
6. One of development languages such C, C++ or Java required
7. Testing leader experiences.

职位二大连日语测试 Project Manager
total 10y+经验日语流利
独立带过测试团队测试管理经验丰富
一定要有testing delivery center的Set up经验
可以是测试开发团队一起带  但测试人数不少于50人
Testing  delivery center leader最合适
金融行业优先,有People management经验
由于职位非常着急,现在职位要求已经放宽地点可以在上海或大连


Job description
Global Delivery capabilities
  - Japanese (level 1) or English language skills
  - Should have managed at least several projects including  design/build/testing phases or large Testing factory for AMS contract  (leading team > 50 FTEs)
  - Insurance (is a must) or banking knowledge will be really appreciate
  - People management experience
  - Ability to understand environment and technical issues/challenges

  Testing capabilities
  - Experience in deploying and adhering to test management process (i.e  functional testing, integration testing, performance testing etc..)
  - Ability to define, measure and manage the test program by effective  deployment of test KPIs
  - Defect management lifecyle experience.
  - Experience in usage of test management tools like Rational, HPQC etc.

  Position will be based in Dalian or shanghai
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 10 years experience in Testing program  management
English or Japanese: Fluent
