Senior Quality Specialist

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
• Design the test case base on the specification
• Consult, analyze and provide quality assurance on projects
• Perform manual/automated testing including Unit, Functional, Integration, System and Performance testing
• Work with developer and product management team to ensure the overall project quality
• Provide support to the testing activities across projects and locations

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Key Requirement:
• Solid experience of testing methodologies and processes
• Familiar with web technologies (DOM, HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
• Familiar with at least one commercial DBMS with solid ODBC/SQL programming skills
• Strong knowledge of test automation creation and familiar with software test automation tool, such as JUnit, HttpUnit, JMeter, Robot, Load runner
• Familiar with the process of agile development.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem analysis and debugging skills
• Good team work and enthusiasm in ERP industry
• Familiar with Windows environment, set up testing environment
• Strong knowledge and experience on performance, stability, memory leak testing and analysis will be a big plus
• If ever worked in internet company, it is a big plus
Language Skill:
• Fluent English (written & oral) and proactive communication skills.
Beneficial Skills:
• Basic business knowledge in ERP areas like finance, accounting or inventory
• Testing experience of web or clouding based application

Senior Mobile Quality Specialist

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
• Design and write test cases and scripts based on the specification
• Setup complex testing environment.  Execute and coordinate monitoring of tests.
Analyze test results, identify bugs or potential bottlenecks.
• Responsible for both manual testing and the test automation
• Work with developer and product management team to ensure the overall project quality
• Provide support to the testing activities across projects and locations

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Key Requirement:
• Bachelor degree or higher on computer science or related
• Familiar with iOS and/or Android mobile app testing
• Proficient in mobile application test method and has automated test experience
• Strong knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies
• Strong troubleshooting, bug analysis and debugging skills
• Familiar with web technologies (DOM, HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
• Proficient in continuous delivery of relevant theories, understand continuous integration technology and common test automation technology, familiar with the process of agile development.
• Familiar with Hudson/Jenkins, QTP, Selenium, Watir….
• Familiar with Linux and solid knowledge of SQL and experience with SQL queries
• Experience with web performance testing tools JMeter or HP LoadRunner from a
scripting, scenario setup, testing and analysis perspective
• Large-scale commercial software test experience
Language Skill:
• Fluent English (written & oral) and proactive communication skills.
Beneficial Skills:
• Familiar with popular web technologies(Web Service, REST, OData, JSON, HTML5)
• Familiar with one of below scripting language(Shell/PHP/Perl/Python/Ruby) is desired.

• Proficient in at least one of below programming language

Script language such as Ruby, Perl, Python, Shell Script, etc.
• Solid knowledge and rich experience in SQL and DBMS
• Familiar with HTTP and HTTPS is highly desired
• Familiar with Windows and Linux OS is highly desired
Language Skill:
• Fluent English (written & oral) and proactive communication skills.
Beneficial Skills:
• Experience with web performance testing tools or Test automation tool, such as JMeter SOAP UI, Selenium, or HP Load Runner
• Experience in web application test
