QA Test Engineer（日语流利)

Job Description

·
Translate original English software and documents into Japanese/Simplified Chinese and review translated text

·
Prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and test tools, and complete validation specifications and procedures for new and changes to existing products

·
Record, track and fix issues of localized software/documents

·
Internationalize software and documents

·
Support software and documentation localization process regardless of languages

REQUIREMENTS

·
Bachelor degree in computer engineering or related majors.

·
5+ years of relevant experience in software development and/or software QA

·
Proficient in Japanese - Japanese
Language Proficiency Test Level 1, N1 or equivalent required

·
Proficient in Chinese (Simplified Chinese)

·
Ability to read, write and speak in Japanese, Chinese and English

·
Experience with C, HTML, CSS and XML is desirable

·
Experience with Java and scripting languages such as Perl, Ruby and Shell is a plus

·
Knowledge of Windows and at least one UNIX platforms: Unix, Linux or Mac OS X

·
Very strong problem solving, testing, and debugging skills

·
Knowledge of software/documentation localization and internationalization is a plus

·
Knowledgeable in networking protocols and concepts

·
Ability to configure network system, client and servers

·
DTP skill in Adobe FrameMaker, Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator is a plus

·
Strong written and verbal communication skills

·
Ability to work on several projects simultaneously

·
Ability to work in cross-functional teams

Role & Responsibilities

·
Be responsible for supporting the infrastructure of our QA environment which is a replica of the global production platform, responsible for following up Foglight related testing project.

·
Play a major role in providing technical support and consultant service on system implementation so as to support quality assurance of applications

·
Perform problem diagnosis, identify cause of technical problem, and provide resolution.

Qualifications

·
Strong knowledge on performance test

·
In-depth knowledge of web technologies, enterprise application integration and Network Infrastructure including LAN, WAN and load balancer

·
Having strong knowledge of testing project.
