Responsibilities:

• 1. Ownership of one or more feature areas
• 2. Write test plans and test case specifications for assigned feature areas
• 3. Design, implement and execute test automation
• 4. Design and execute manual tests
• 5. File high quality bug reports
• 6. Participate in design and code reviews

Requirements:

• 1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field with 4 or more years directly related experience - or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2. Experience testing and releasing enterprise level software products
• 3. Broad technical knowledge including operating system fundamentals, using and testing user level applications, basic systems administration (installing and configuring operating systems and hardware)
• 4. Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages:
  •     --Python
  •     --Perl
  •     --C++
  •     --C#
  •     --C

Experience developing UI automation using one or more of the following tools:

•     --Applescript
•     --Silk Test
•     --Eggplant
•     --Winrunner
•     --Rational Robot
•     --Visual Test
• 5. Strong understanding of Mac OS or Linux operating system
• 6. Excellent communication skills required
• 7. Excellent English writing and speaking skills
• 8. Ability to work on a team and independently
• 9. Ambition, drive, determination and self-discipline
