Desired functional coverage (breadth)
Degree of quality, reliability (depth)
Range of types of test (e.g, usability, performance, functionality, etc)
Risk and consequences of the defects hidden in a particular feature
Constraints on the test effort (e.g., time, resources, feasibility)

Criteria for Test Completion
Results have been logged for all test cases in the detailed test plan.  Or if some test cases have not yet passed, their consequences are considered minor.
The known defects of importance have been fixed satisfactorily and a re-test has been passed.
All defects which have not been fixed before have been reviewed to confirm they are in fact minor.
Comprehensive regression test or cross functional testing has executed successfully.
Test productivity falls off.  No or very few new errors are being found, despite considerable on-going test effort.
No major level 1 or 2 bugs exist.  If so, then these will be identified as known issues.
这几个看看还需要什么不,我觉得两个加一起不错
