SCM (Softward Configuration Management) Engineer  
    Total h/c needed: 1

Description
As a Software Configuration Management (SCM) Engineer, you will support system developers by handling development related SCM tasks.
v             Planning, developing, implementing and maintaining configuration plan and configuration management environment ;
v             Daily configuration management work according to CM plan, as creating baseline, integrating, building, releasing and auditing;
v             Creating and enhancing tools and scripts for SCM work;
v             Improving continuously SCM processes;

Qualifications
v             BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related fields;
v             Strong familiarity with UNIX platforms and system administration is a must;
v             Strong skill with one or more scripting languages, for example Perl and Shell script is a must;
v             Solid knowledge of build management tools (make, etc.) .
v             History of being a quick learner, understanding the "big picture" and making it happen;
v             Creative and effective problem solving skills;
v             Software engineering experience is preferred, especially CMM experience;
v             Experience in CM or releasing engineering is preferred;
v             Being familiar with software configuration management systems / source code version control systems is preferred;
v             ClearCase/ClearDDTS/ClearQuest/CVS/Bugzilla/UCM experience is preferred;
v             Good communication skill and team spirit;
v             Fluent English in speaking and writing.
