Position: Testing Delivery Manager
Location: Chengdu

Requirements:
1. Degree in Computer Science or related subject;
2. Minmum 8 years IT related working experience
2. Strong communicate skills in English both by telephone and email to our customer
3. Minimum 2 years testing experience including at least 1 year supervisory/management with testing teams
4. Understand the full manual & automated testing lifecycle, and software engineering principle;
5. Competent in setting up project plan by using of MS Project, and be capable of constituting testing strategy, test case and test report independently;
6. Have experience manage a team over 20 people
7. Familiar with ERP system, automated testing tools like Quick Test Professional, WinRunner, LoadRunner or Quality Center.
8. Sound ability in problem analysis and Solving, good communication and coordination skill
9. Patient, responsible and principled with excellent skill in interpersonal communication and              cooperation.
10. Familiar with CMM/CMMI or 6Sigma is preferred

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for setting up stable relationship with customer, keeping periodical communication with customer and reporting status timely.
2. Responsible for ERP testing team’s resource management and team building.
3. Responsible for testing process’s management and its continuous improvement.
4. Responsible for communication with other teams
5. Responsible for project delivery quality, schedule and cost.

We also need System Testing Leader and Performance Testing Leader and Testing Monitor Leader.
