IBM has strategic investments in cloud computing including Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) products and solutions.

The IBM CSTL Cloud team is responsible for IBM infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) Cloud strategy and architecture design, as well as the Smart Cloud Entry (also called Starter Kit for Cloud) product development and test with the most advanced technologies. We are also collaborating with IBM World Wide Emerging Solution Lab on future Cloud trends and technologies, such as OpenStack and Trusted Cloud. Besides, we provide strong technical support to IBM sales and service teams on designing and implementing IaaS Cloud solutions for large enterprises in China and worldwide. We are building up a Cloud ecosystem on top of IBM Smart Cloud Entry by working closely with dozens of IBM business partners and ISVs.

System Test Lead:

    Job Responsibilities
- building the system test strategy for the cloud solution
- development and sign off of the System Test Plan and other detailed test plans
- defining and executing on defect management processes, monitoring and communicating the test project status
- resolve test project issues, and ensuring effective test process improvement feedback
- coordinating all corresponding system test and release activities
Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
- at least 2+ years experience on system test lead role.
- deep understanding of development, test and lifecycle processes and a proven track record in delivering upon commitments
- expertise in the planning, design, management, execution, and reporting of tests using appropriate testing tools and techniques,
- rich experience in system testing, defect management & software configuration management.
  - Deep knowledge and technical skills on trouble shooting and problem resolving.? - good skills in software engineering, software testing process and Agile development process
- good skills in kinds of operating systems, including Windows, Linux, AIX etc.
- good skills in Database server(DB2), LDAP server and HTTP server etc.
preferred :
- experience on Power System, VMWare System or KVM system
- experience on Performance testing and tools (RPT or Jmeter)
- familiar with IBM Development and Testing tools (RTC, RQM, Lotus Notes etc.)

我们tester职位有一个很match band7要求的candidate，从互联网企业过来的，要求的薪水超过band8的标准。
权衡再三觉得达不到band8的要求，所以没有安排后续的面试。

也有很高level的candidate（Lead职位），因为确实是太突出了，申请了后续高线manager的面试，目前正在进行中。

解释这个只想跟大家说，实力和薪水是其实相关联的。我们当然是想招更多高级别的人才，但目前这个职位确实就是band6和band7，只有非常突出才会给band8

大家的时间都挺宝贵的，不能浪费了
