本周新出职位，500强美资软件公司，工作地点宁波
职位1：solution test engineer
We are now looking for a highly motivated technical talent with rich experience in test engineering area to join us. You will have chances to play to your strength and apply your creative ideas to the world-class solutions.
Bachelor/Master's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
-- Rich experience in product or solution testing
-- Experience with Java/J2EE, WebSphere, DB2
-- Be familiar with testing methodology, RUP/IRUP dev process and Agile best practices.
-- Operating Systems: AIX and/or Linux, and Windows
-- Automation testing experience is plus
-- Familiar with IBM product testing and Rational Test Tools (Clear Quest, Functional Tester, etc) is plus.
-- Excellent English Communication skill, and good problem solving skill.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with WW stakeholder/customers to coordinate solution testing, have day-to-day test status reporting and tracking.
- Work with test architect, management team and test team to deliver the test documents such as Quality Plan, Test Strategy or Test Plan, etc.
- Lead the team to resolve critical technical and non-technical problems to archive the project goal, also improving the testing efficiency by adopting new methods.
- Work together with worldwide counterparts and collaborate across GPS teams to build mutual trust relationship.

- Test Plans , Status Reporting, Test Cases, Defects, Test Sizing, execution, etc
职位2：globalization test leader
Job Responsibility
Work with SWG brand dev team and G11n contacts to discuss the product globalization focus and work out globalization plan and manage the globalization cost within budget
Be responsible for assigned product G11n test and translation plan following IBM G11n White Paper and provide input for the comprehensive test plan or IPD deliverables of the product
Identifies globalization quality and schedule exposures to the Release Manager/Test Manager/G11n Manager and helps resolve them
Manage and communicate with WW IBM TOC (Translation Operation Center) to make sure of on-time delivery of national languages deliverables
Support development team on G11n scorecard assessment and file deviation if assigned products do not meet IBM G11n requirements
Responsible for G11n testing assigned test cases and tracking problems to closure
Handle customer Crisit and PMR testing specific to language environment per request
Skill Requirement
Familiar with globalization knowledge and software test methodology, process and tools
Familiar with project management skills and disciplines
Basic programming skills is needed, Java programming is preferred.
Familiar with Windows, Unix/Linux/Solaris, iSeries and zSeries is a plus
Familiar with relational database, such as DB2 or Oracle
Quick learning in new systems, procedures and tools
Good in logical thinking, analytical skills
Fluent English in reading, writing, listening, and speaking
Flexible, responsible and willing to work overtime and accommodate time differences around the world
