职位描述：
1、根据项目计划制定项目手动测试用例并实施，对用例优先级进行划分，保证项目质量和进度；
2、热爱软件测试工作，可以胜任重复性工作，工作细致认真,有耐心；
3、根据测试计划和需求规格说明书制定自动化软件测试用例，并对测试用例进行优先级划分；
4、进行软件模块测试、集成测试、系统测试、验收测试、压力测试、负载测试、用户现场调试；
5、提交软件测试报告，反馈用户使用意见并提出新的软件需求；
6、与项目相关人员就项目进度和问题进行沟通；
7、负责BUG的生命周期管理，跟踪BUG，确保软件版本发布时所有BUG符合软件质量评分标准；
8、具备良好的学习能力和质疑习惯，有良好的团队合作意识，有强烈的责任心和积极主动的工作态度，较强的沟通能力和表达能力；
9、提出对软件的进一步改进的要求并评估改进方案是否合格;
10、能独立的设计测试用例，编写测试程序和脚本（非必需），根据测试方案执行测试;
11、编写产品使用手册、功能说明书及相关技术文档;
12、搭建测试环境及现场测试和调试；

应聘人员应具备：
1、        思维清晰敏捷，逻辑分析能力强；
2、        良好的语言与书面表达能力；
3、        善于与人沟通，为人正直、诚信，有较强的事业心，对工作认真负责，能够承担一定工作压力；
4、        善于学习，具有分析、解决应用问题的能力；
5、        大专以上学历，计算机相关专业（或者环境相关专业），一年以上工作经验；
6、        熟悉软件工程及CMM模型的优先考虑；
7、        熟练使用测试管理工具Quality Center或者Bugfree和自动化测试工具QTP的优先考虑
8、        有嵌入式系统测试或者开发经验，大型软件项目测试经验者优先；
9、        使用过配置管理工具CVS或者SVN的优先考虑；
10、        有自动化测试经验的优先考虑；
11、        英语四级以上的优先考虑，书面要求熟练，口语不做要求；
12、        熟练使用LINUX/UNIX操作系统优先；
13、        熟悉Sql Server/Oracle等数据库优先；
14、        具备嵌入式系统硬件测试及调试经验者优先；
15、        获取国家软件测评师资质证书者优先；


Position description:
1. Write and run test case in order to manual test plan and test requirement, divided the level of the test cases，ensure the quality and schedure of the project.
2. Love test software, can be competent repeated work, the work is careful seriously, have patience.
3．Write auto test case in order to test plan and software specification, divided priority of the software auto test cases;
4．Run unit test、integration test、system test、check and accepted test、stress test、stability test、On-site debug.etc.
5．Submit software testing report, feedback costumer UE(user experience) and put forward new software requirements
6．Talk with project partner about project schedule and questions；
7．Manage bug lifecycle, track bug status, ensure the status of the bugs is accord with the release level of the software quality；
8．Have good learning ability and questioned habit, has the good team cooperation consciousness, have a strong sense of responsibility and positive work attitude, strong communication skills and ability;
9．Puts forward the further improvement of software requirements and assess whether qualified improvement project;
10．Can the independent design test cases to write test procedures and script (non-essential), according to the test scheme executing test;
11．Write product user manual、function specification and relevant technology documents.
12.  Build test environment and on-site test and debug;

Qualification:
1.        Clear thinking agility, logic analysis ability;
2.        good language and written expression ability
3.        good at communicating with the human, integrity, honesty, strong dedication, is responsible to the work, can assume certain work pressure;
4.        Good study，good ability at analysing and solving actual questions.
5.        Work experience above one year, college degree or above, computer or related major (or environment or related major)
6.        Be family with software project and CMM modeling is plus;
7.        Be family with Quality Center or Bugfree or QTP is plus;
8.        Experience in Embedded system test or R&D is plus;
9.        Experience in CVS or SVN is plus;
10.        Experience in auto test is plus;
11.        Language requirement is Chinese and English,  writing and reading is family,  speaking and hearing isn`t requirement.
12.        Family with using LINUX/UNIX is plus;
13.        Family with Sql Server/Oracle .ect  database is plus;
14.        Experience in Embedded hardware testing and debugging is plus；
15.        High priority in obtaining  national software test teachers cross-examination
