three to five years project management experience, preferably within the Information Technology (IT) business sector.
project management experience within the commercial software industry’s localization sector will be strongly considered.
Project Management (CompTIA Project+ and/or PMI’s PMP certification) and IT Security industry (CompTIA Security + and/or CISSP) certifications are also highly desirable.
a self-motivated and flexible individual who can demonstrate experience in informed risk taking, initiative, dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work under pressure.
must display strong English skills (non-native English language skills okay) in both professional and social settings. Proficient Japanese language skills are also highly desirable. Effective communications skills (both written and verbal) are essential for this position.

Skills/Qualifications
Undergraduate IT based 3 year degree,
understanding of software development process,
fluent  English, Networking, Unix or Linux or Windows,
Productivity applications;
QA methodology and theory
