Job Description of Quality Assurance Engineer:
The primary objective of software Quality Assurance is to provide project team and management team with objective insight into processes and associated work products. You would work closely with the project team to ensure that there is a consistent and coherent software development process across the whole project.

You would be involved in the:
l        Assist in establishing and continuously improving the organizational software development process based on CMMI
l        Work with SEPG to achieve CMMI ratings
l        Perform process and quality measure to identify the opportunities for improvement
l        Support the project team to define and achieve the project level software process, standards, procedure and quality goals
l        Perform SQA review/audit in project level and ensure project quality
Additional Responsibility:
l        Execute Validation and Verification testing if necessary

Qualifications preferred:
Bachelor degree in a computing, science or engineering subject.
Skills/Experience required:
‧       3+ years experience in software Quality Assurance,
‧       Familiar with SEI CMMI, and the CMMI implementation experience is highly preferred,
‧       A keen problem-solver with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
Desired skills:
‧       Familiar with other software management methodologies and tools.
‧       Familiarity with software quality assurance process;
Personal Qualities:
‧       Excellent inter-personal and communications skills.
‧       logic and reaction thinking
‧       good command in English
