Senior Test Manager / Test Manager- Location- Hangzhou
Key Skills: Test Strategizing, Test Planning, Test Execution, Automated Testing
Key Requirements :
You must have at least 6 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus in providing software solutions on different technologies and platforms. You should have an ability to propose and define software test processes. Excellent team leadership, client interfacing, presentation and communication skills are necessary. Experience in test automation tools and knowledge of business domains like Retail, Finance, Insurance, Manufacturing, Telecom will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
You will interact with the client / development team, be responsible for Test scope definition, Project Planning, Configuration Management, Estimation, Scheduling, Project Tracking, Status Reporting and demonstrating ROI to the client.
Test Analyst- Location – Hangzhou

You must have atleast 3 years of experience in the IT industry, with a good exposure to software test processes. Excellent client interfacing, communication and team player skills are necessary. Experience in test automation tools and knowledge of business domains like Retail, Finance, Insurance, Manufacturing, Telecom will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
You will be responsible for test requirement analysis, test scenario design and review, designing and executing test cases for different test types such as functional, performance, security testing, etc., creation and set up of test data, development of test scripts, automation of regression test suites using industry standard third party tools and status reporting to the Test Manager.
Test Engineer Location – Hangzhou

You must have atleast 1 year of experience in the IT industry, with a good exposure to software test processes. Experience in test automation tools and knowledge of business domains like Retail, Finance, Insurance, Manufacturing, Telecom will be an added advantage. Experience in manual test execution and automated testing when applicable, working with customers to verify product functionality and validate acceptance. Experience in test case / test script walkthroughs
Key Responsibilities :
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining test scripts, including functional, integration, system, regression, performance, and stress testing
Independently execute test plans and test scripts based on planned project schedules
Record and track defects uncovered during the execution of tests and actively participate in resolution; proposes and designs retest cases/scripts/data to retest defects
Proactively escalate issues, problems, status to the Leads
All positions require you to have :
• A Bachelor/Master of Engineering / Computer Applications’ degree/diploma with a consistent academic record.
OR
• Bachelors/Masters degree in any discipline with relevant experience and consistent academic record.
• Freshers can be considered for Junior Test Engineer positions.
• Communication skills in English - CET4 is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with CET6. High sense of responsibility and good initiative
• Exposure to formal quality processes and a strong foundation in SDLC concepts are necessary.
Candidates with a strong IT background but who have not worked on pure testing projects are encouraged to apply for the above positions if they are keen on pursuing a career in testing
