大家好，本人是HP BASChina TIT(重庆)测试部门中的一员，由于部门发展需要招收有经验的软件测试工程师，均为正式员工。

【面试流程】：

• 我们将对简历进行认真筛选，并对符合要求的候选人进行第一轮PhoneScreen，以了解基本状况；
• 若通过第一轮面试，则会在一周内安排技术面试；
• 若通过技术面试，则会在两周内安排经理面试。

【面试方式】：
      若人在外地，会安排电话面试；若人在重庆，则会安排到Office进行面试。


【工作地点】：
      Location在重庆，但会根据项目情况，有出差需求。

【工作描述】：

• Analyze business requirement documents and understand customers' needs
• Define test scope
• Prepare test environment
• Design test plan based on test requirement
• Design manual or automated test cases according to the detail scenario & test rules
• Conduct test execution and report test results
• Analyze test execution results and manage defects
• Communicate with customer globally to better business outcome
• Finish testing projects by schedule with high quality

【人员要求】：

• Bachelor degree or above majored in computer science or related disciplines
• More than 1 years of working experience in software industry, software testing preferred
• Familiar with mercury toolset, like quality center, quick test professional, load runner
• Good communication skills in written and oral English
• Understanding of software development life cycle or testing methodology is preferred
• Experience with automation or performance tools are highly preferred
• Experience in database and SQL language is preferred
• Experience in different OS is preferred

• 通过CET-4，且有良好的英语听说能力。

想问一下 HP的这个部门是外包项目，还是自己的项目，出差的话一天补助多少钱？一般出差是多少天？ 我北京SQA.

项目有外包也有自己的项目，出差补助和时间是根据项目情况来定的
