高级软件测试工程师（Test Leader）
职位描述:
一、功能测试方面：
1、负责制定相关项目的功能测试方案、测试策略及范围；
2、带领组员对相关项目进行测试；
3、对测试结果数据进行分析，进而给出下次测试方案及策略；
二、自动化测试方面
1、负责确定相关项目自动化测试的策略、方案及范围；
2、负责相关项目的自动化测试脚本的制作、执行及维护；
3、对自动化测试结果进行分析，并提交测试报告；
三、技能培训
1、对测试部门人员进行测试技术、测试工具等相关的指导培训。

职位要求：
1、 计算机相关专业本科或以上学历；
2、3年以上测试工作经验；1年以上自动化测试工作经验；
3、熟悉测试相关理论；
4、能够读写英文技术文档；
5、熟悉Windows、Linux操作系统；
6、 有一定的开发编程能力（如C、Java、VBS等语言）；
7、熟悉Web测试，有大型网站测试经验者优先录用；
8、 有相关管理经验的优先录用。





Senior Software Test Engineer (Test Leader)

2、带领组员对相关项目进行测试； (2). Led the crew to test the relevant projects;
3、对测试结果数据进行分析，进而给出下次测试方案及策略； (3). Analysis of the data on the test results, thus giving the next test plan and strategy;
二、自动化测试方面2.2 2.  Automated testing
1、负责确定相关项目自动化测试的策略、方案及范围； (1). Responsible for automated testing to determine the strategy-related projects, programs and scope;
2、负责相关项目的自动化测试脚本的制作、执行及维护； (2). Responsible for automated test scripts, execution and maintenance;
3、对自动化测试结果进行分析，并提交测试报告； (3). Analysis of automated testing results and submit the test report;
三、技能培训 3. Skills training
1、对测试部门人员进行测试技术、测试工具等相关的指导培训。 (1), Test department personnel on testing techniques, testing tools, guidance related to training.



Job requirements:
1. Computer-related undergraduate degree or above;

2. 3+years of testing experience; 1+ years experience in automated testing;
3. Familiar with the theory test;
4, English reading and writing ability;
5, Familiar with Windows, Linux operating system;
6, Development of certain programming skills (such as C, Java, VBS and other languages);
7, Familiar with Web testing experience in large-scale test site preference;
8, Related management experience preferred.
