Quality Assurance Analyst
Job Description:
Support software applications or components currently in production and/or in development in conformity with the JPMC IT Project Delivery Framework. Make recommendations based on assessed risk to quality by applying various verification and validation techniques in coordination with the development team ( project managers, development managers, change management, QA leads and QA core members ). Accountable for internal process and procedure improvement projects and manages initiatives supporting continual QA process improvements and their integration with other process development activities.

Responsibilities：
 Manages day-to-day activities of SQA Test Analysts.
 Contributes to monitors test planning, test preparation and scripting, and test execution according to defined best practices, standards and procedures.
 Leads or participates in all phases of IT Project Delivery Framework, including review of complex business and functional requirements.
 Assess risk to quality service based upon results of verifications and validation.
 Monitors adherence to established test standards and procedures.
 Provides QA consultation services to support users of related test processes.
 Manages verification and validation activities for all production modifications.
 Maintains document template libraries and internal project documentation including releases, and changes.
 Performs capacity planning and test monitoring including development of team exercises related to capacity planning.

Education/ Professional Qualifications:
 College degree in related technical or business area or specialized training, and/or equivalent work experience.
 3+years of Quality Assurance / Test experience; Experience should include project risk assessments and communication.
 3+ years of experience working with developers, project and release managers, or 3+ years of QA process development experience.

Essential Skills:
 Strong background on Unix platform, Oracle database and Client Server application development.
 Proficient Event/Release coordination
 Proficient Quality Assurance Methodology
 Proficient Change Management
 Proficient Mercury Quality Center
 Proficient Software Development Lifecycle principles

Preferred Skills:
 Background on Mainframe platform or Distributed platform
 Proficient Treasury Services Payment and Deposit knowledge
