BIDW PM
This position will act as project manager to manage the development and support for BI/DW projects. The specific responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Ability to use project management expertise and technical power to the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling of BI/DW technical deployment projectsLeads solution implementation, involving specialist technical consultants or team from multiple sites, resulting in a delivery on time and within budgetMaintain regular contact with clients and ensure quality and high standards are maintained at all timesAbility to work globally and apply knowledge locallyAbility to successfully lead application transition and transformation and build local development teamTranslates customer requirements into solutions and define together with customer this solutionInduct and coach new members of the team as necessary
Requirement: Proven project management experience in the implementation of medium to large size BI/DW Projects. Proven experience in leveraging various software development models in design and development Demonstrates initiative and pro-activeness - ability to learn new systems, tools, processes quickly with limited supervision and guidance. Self starter / auto-motivated, Excellent customer management skills required. At least 5 years experience in the BI/DW industry required. Proven experience in managing BI/DW Implementations in Finance/Supply Chain industry preferred. Effective planning and communication skills. Able to travel as required. Fluency in English and Mandarin (both speaking and writing)ITIL and ITSM knowledge is a plus. PMP Certified required. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent or above.

BIDW SA
This position will act as solution architect to design, develop and implement applications in the BI/DW systems. The specific responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Responsible for providing a high level technical design for BI/DW solutions. Is usually the principal consultant who leads facilitated sessions with business and technology representatives in order to design and/or enhance various data warehouse architectures Regularly leads large cross functional/site teams, including technical management of client staff assigned to implementation team, in the completion of solution requirements, architecture, and /or implementation deliverables. Provides the senior technical direction required to resolve complex issues to ensure the on-time delivery of solutions that meet customer expectations Provides advanced technical consulting and advice to proposal efforts and solution design. Provides consulting advice to customer senior Information Technology (IT) leadership and sets strategic direction for customers based on HP's best practices. Works with peers outside immediate organization to define and characterize complex technology or process problems and/or develops new solutions, yet works independently to drive technical problems to a solution. Leads technically significant work on enterprise scale projects. Is recognized by peers as an expert in several areas of technology related to a business intelligence framework.
Requirement:
Having proven years of working experience in BI/DW capability. Having at least 3 years of experience on solution proposal and BI/DW architecture. Fluent spoken and written skills on English. Have practical knowledge of ITIL Soundly experienced in some of below specific techniques: 3NF and Dimensional Data modeling SQL DBMS( Teradata, Oracle, DB2, SQL server or other databases)
ETL( Informatica, Acta or other tools)
Reporting tool(Business objects, Cognos, Hyperion, Crystal)
Programming language(Korn Shell, Java, COBOL,VB, C, Power Builder, Lotus Notes)Capable of working in a multicultural and international environment Team-working attitude with strong desire to learn and excel. Technical leadership in depth and breadth. Has experience on Finance or Supply Chain is preferred. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or Engineering related area.

BIDW SSE
This position will act as senior BI/DW engineer to design, develop and implement applications in the BI/DW systems. The specific responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Work very closely with the team to design/develop BI/DW applicationsStay up to date on core client BI/DW design/architecture/standard in order to understand impacts to the existing applicationsIdentify and diagnose data quality issues impacting customer systems. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the quality, scalability or usability of BI/DW applicationsWork well with clients and work as a technical lead roleSome on-call/support work may be require
Requirement:
Ability to think logically and Self-starter Team-working spirit. Proactive communication and good written and verbal English skills. Has depth understanding of DBMS and BI/DW3+ years of implementing a medium to large BI/DW system. Soundly experienced in some of below specific techniques:
SQL
DBMS( Teradata, Oracle, DB2, SQL server or other databases)
ETL( Informatica, Acta or other tools)
Reporting tool(Business objects, Cognos, Hyperion, Crystal)
Programming language(Korn shell, Java, COBOL,VB, C, Power Builder, Lotus Notes)Good understanding on ITSM/ITIL will be a plus. Capable of working in a multicultural and international environment. Has experience on Finance or Supply Chain is preferred. Bachelor degree or above required in software engineering, information management or computer science area.
