1.BO Consultant(Dalian)
Summary of Position/ Position’s PurposeThe Consultant performs tasks involved in implementation of BO solution as per customer requirements using a predefined methodology. A Consultant gather requirements, analyze the client’s business processes and installs/configures BO solution to support customer business processes. He/she prepares the design of the solution and demonstrates in BO. Consultants are expected to establish relationships with client personnel and to deliver timely, high quality consulting to the client. An individual with an academic professional qualification and with at least 4-5 years of industry or functional or IT skills (in specific application area) are candidates for this position.
Responsibilities
·
Gathering user requirements and determining the scope of the project
·
Recommending reporting and infrastructure solutions to customers
·
Undertaking high quality implementation work in Business Objects products
·
Resolving simple to very complex reporting and implementation issues of clients
·
Provide knowledge transfer to customers
·
Develop and foster a collaborative working relationship with clients. Works collaboratively with Business Objects management team, consultants, project managers, and corporate development to develop consulting and project methodology, techniques, tools, and solutions.

Proven data architecture skills, especially in relational and dimensional data modeling and physical database design of decision support systems. (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, other)

Strong organization and analytical skills.
Required Experience and Education ·
Technical Degree (i.e. Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management etc.)
·
3-4 years experience building Business Objects Solutions, data warehouse and business intelligence solutions required.
·
Strong conceptual design and analytics capabilities with an ability to balance theory and practical reality.
·
Strong problem-solving capabilities in complex, multi-vendor computing environments.
·
Solid oral and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences.
2.Application Consultant – SCM(Dalian)
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
·
-You have an excellent degree, preferably in Engineering area
·
-You have a sound SAP Application knowledge in
SCM PP,APO /SNP, CIF,.
·
-Good English communication skill( Speaking , reading , writing)
·
- Industry experience in Supply chain Management roles and Implementation experience in PP will be added advantage
·
-Your ability to communicate in Japanese is preferred
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
This Application Consultant is an expert for SCM APO/PP module in customer implementation project. An experience of implementation He/she mainly works in the office supporting an onsite consulting team of experts for all relevant
aspects of implementing SAP solutions in customer sites. The
customers are located worldwide so some traveling is required.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Three years application consultant experience is preferred
