Qualifications required:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent or above;
• 5+  years of experience in IT industry, with minimum 3 years in Test team management
• CSTE certification is perferred
• Strong communication skill, good listening skill, good presentation skill;
• Good knowledge on software testing methodology and process
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional experiences in team leading
• Passion for our customers and a commitment to high quality
