项目描述： TestPlatform为全新开发的产品，定位于测试工作的平台，为测试相关工作（测试管理、需求管理、测试分析、测试设计、缺陷管理）提供平台支撑。目前不同软件组织既有本地开发、又有异地开发。所以希望测试平台能满足本地局域网上使用，也能满足在软件组织外网上使用。鉴于此，TestPlatform采用C/S架构，支持的操作系统包括Windows、Linux、Unix，支持的数据库包括Sql Server和Oracle。
