职位描述：
1. 紧密配合开发人员设计和开发自动测试平台及用于Windows和Linux 操作平台上的自动化测试工具；
2. 进一步改进测试平台并制定衡量测试效率与可靠性的标准；
3. 制定产品测试的策略和方法， 开发在Windows和Linux 操作平台上的自动化产品测试工具，主导从计划，开发，执行和完成测试报告的整个自动化测试流程；
4. 根据需要进行产品手动测试 （包含开发各阶段的各类系统性，功能性，回归性，兼容性，端到端，和可用性测试）；
5. 负责软件的发布，包含源代码到软件的编译，进行自动化测试和手动测试，将软件包装成最终的产品。

Job Description:
1. Work closely with developers to design and develop test automation frameworks and tools to automated software testing on Windows and Linux;
2. Improve QA infrastructure and define metrics to measure test efficiency and effectiveness;
3. Define strategies and methodologies for product testing. Develop automated tests for products on Windows and Linux. Lead automated test plan development, execution, and delivery of test reports;
4. Conduct manual product testing (system, functional, regression, compatibility, end–to-end, and usability testing at all development stages) as is needed;
5. Be responsible for software releases which includes building software from source, performing automated tests and manual tests, packaging software products into deliverable form.

职位要求：
1. 至少5年的正式软件测试工作经验，包含至少两年的自动化测试经验；
2. 至少一年的软件发布管理经验，并有可证明的成功发布的软件产品；
3. 精通软件测试的理论和平台；
4. 能够快速理解复杂的系统和有效的数据同化；
5. 擅长问题的分析和解决；
6. 能够高效地团队工作和独立工作；
7. 能合理安排各优先级工作。


Job Requirements:
1. Minimum five years of formal QA testing experience, with at least two years in automated testing;
2. Minimum one year experience of software release management, with proven track-record of successful release of software products;
3. Complete understanding of SQA Methodology and Framework;
4. Ability to understand complex systems rapidly and assimilate data effectively;
5. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities;
6. Able to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently;
7. Ability to handle multiple priorities.

关键技术要求：
1. 精通Windows 与 Linux操作系统的软件编译和测试工具；
2. UNIX/Linux 与 Windows脚本语言经验；
3. UNIX/Linux 与 Windows跨平台测试经验；
4. 自动化测试技术包含脚本语言或运行测试用C++, Python, Ruby 或各种其他软件测试工具；
5. 能用英语和中文良好的沟通交流。

Essential Skills:
1. Knowledge of software building/testing tools on Windows and Linux;
2. UNIX/Linux and Windows scripting experience;
3. UNIX/Linux and Windows cross-platform testing experience;
4. Test Automation skills including scripting and/or performance testing using C++, Python, Ruby or various other software testing tools;
5. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
