EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Primary Qualification: Engineering Graduate or Charted Account

Secondary Qualification: Post Graduate in Business Management or Computer Application

Mandatory Skills:
-
Excellent skills in Test Management, Test Automation & Performance Tests
-
Experience in SAP Business Processes in Logistics or Finance
-
Fluent English/Japanese
-
Excellent Communication skills
-
Proven leadership capabilities in Test Management
-
Demonstrated capability as a team lead in Medium to large projects.

Secondary Skills
-
Experience in Bid management/Pre-sales
-
Experience of Global projects as onsite coordinator/technical lead

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

-
Lead on Projects (Manage engagements)
-
Assessing maturity of a clients test organization and test processes based on SAP Best Practices and international standards
-
Setting up a test concept, design of test strategy, test activities and responsibilities, test stages and methods, test case design
-
Define requirements and coordinate setup of the technical test environment, test data management, test tool selection
-
Review of project deliverables (test concept, test cases, scripts, test documentation, test reporting, error handling)
-
Monitoring and controlling test process quality and results
-
Guidance and coaching on testing processes, tools & methodologies for team members
-
Coordination and administration of all test activities
-
Conception and execution of non functional tests (e.g. performance) using LoadRunner
-
Issue and error handling and reporting
-
Conduct test project reviews, lessons learned
-
Life cycle and application management based on SAP Solution Manager
-
Automation of regression tests using Quality Center & Quick Test Professional (Any other tools are also fine)
-
Test lab services
-
Takes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks

WORK EXPERIENCE
-
Minimum 10 IT years total experience with 5-7 years of SAP Testing experience
-
Experience of 3 years as a Project Technical Lead is a must.

Must have worked for Large organizations or on large complex projects
