- Product components and features requirement
- High level design of product components and features
- Low level design and implementation
- Problem determination, trouble shooting and defect fixes
- Test automation development
- Unit test
- Function verification testing
- System verification testing
- Performance analyses and tuning
- Database administration

Job Requirements:
- Java, J2EE, C++, JavaScript, HTML, XML, Web Service, Web 2.0
- Eclipse platform, System z, System i
- Good knowledge and skills in DB2, Oracle or SQL server
- COBOL, RPG, 4GL languages
- Familiar with Linux/UNIX OSs
- Knowledge of testing process and testing methodology
