Requirements
        Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent industry related
        2+ years of Technical Support experience
        Excellent English written and verbal communication
        Knowledge with major software/hardware vendor support methodology and procedures as well as a good working knowledge of Unix/ NT and Linux Operating Systems
        Initially working days, Candidates must be willing to work a 24 x 7 shift pattern as required
        Understanding of the major operating systems - Unix, NT, Linux
        Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
        Strong problem solving skills
        Strong decision making skills
        Ability to follow defined process and procedures which contain decision points

