职位名称1: Testing Leader
汇报于: 测试经理
人数: 1人
工作地点:上海张江
主要职责:
1、负责测试团队的管理工作(5人左右)；
2、负责制定测试策略,测试计划,测试用例等事宜;
3、负责测试过程中的风险管理;
4、协助测试人员招聘、培训、指导工作；
任职资格:
1、Strong knowledge in product quality, test methodology and software tools, are required.
2、Experience of testing within a RAD, agile or iterative development environment
3、 Software development experience, or familiar with C/C++,.NET, Java language
4、All-round experience of both manual & automated tests, also white & black box tests
5、Project or team management experience is preferred
6、Outstanding communication skills, open & friendly culture
7、Good English oral and write
薪酬与福利:
14-20K，13个月收入，其它津贴，一年两次调薪机会，海外项目机会
