3.家庭情况和个人情况（如个人爱好）；
4.离职原因；

列举不全，只是其中一部分；

补充一点， 首先要有自信要大胆的说出去，说出去他听到懂听不懂是他们的事，说不出去哪肯定是你的问题，要在气势上压倒他，呵呵呵 ，个人看法；
