Offshore Performance Test Lead

Short Description:
We are seeking an experienced test lead to guide a new performance test team.

Complete Description:
The lead is responsible for daily management of performance testing including resource management, daily and weekly reporting, planning, and test execution. This off-shore performance test lead will interface with on-shore Performance Test Managers, project managers, developers, testers, and DBAs to ensure an error free environment and thorough performance & stress testing of the infrastructure and applications prior to launch. This requires the ability to manage multiple stress and performance testing activities occurring concurrently.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years test lead experience with teams of 6+ (experience including leading an offshore team)
Minimum 3 years performance testing experience (web applications preferred)
Minimum 3 years experience creating scripts, executing tests, and analyzing logs with a performance test tool such as LoadRunner, SilkPerformer, Rational tools, etc.
Understanding of networks, load balancing and firewalls
Strong verbal English language ability; can speak and understand decent verbal English
Strong written English, can read and write effectively in English
Strong performance analysis and troubleshooting skills
Strong ability to plan, schedule, and estimate work for an entire team

Majored in EE, degree holder, test leader now.
2 year leader exp, 4 members in mainland including me, 2 members abroad.
Working as contact here shapes my cecellent english ability and well knowen of U.S culture.

Project: IPPBX(Softswitch,Webservice(SOAP))

Work content:
Requirement analysis,
User case design and confirm(visio,rationalrose),
Workflow shape and improve(TD),
Daily and weekly reporting by TD(TT): report ordinary defects also have analysis ability to create defect grid and trend and distribution......by which customer can spy health of project easily.
Planning(Mpp) including
     test methodology define,
     worload assigment to reach deadline,
     and test execution(Jmeter,SIPP,SOAPScope,Junit), generate scripts and reuse them.
     test enviroment build and maintainence(we are US startup company)


Weakpoint:
6 monthes is not long enough for performance testing.

Advantage:
English is not the problem, you can take me as US guy
I can learn everything.
Firm QA theory basis and deep understand of quality.
Solid C++,JAVA commonsense.
Self-motivated.
Familiar with many communication protocals such as TCP/IP,RTP/RTCP,SIP(S)
