Performance Test Manager

Job Responsibilities

Ÿ            Developing test strategies, processes, standards and tools of testing, preparation of test plans and related documentation in support of testing initiatives

Ÿ            Planning team activities and working independently with minimal supervision

Ÿ            Partnering with Program Managers and business resources to ensure testing/project milestones and deliverables are completed in a timely manner

Ÿ            Managing performance appraisals and the personal objectives of team members

Ÿ            Identify and promote improvements to the testing processes or approaches, facilitate and encourage team members in those improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)

Ÿ            5+ years experience in software testing, with at least 3 years experience leading or managing a software test team;

Ÿ            Team leading;

Ÿ            Experienced in cultivating and leading a software test team;

Ÿ            Excellent knowledge of quality test planning, testing processes, etc.;

Ÿ            Experienced in various testing tools and their application;

Ÿ            Quality metrics implementation experience would be advantageous;

Ÿ            Knowledge and practice of white-box testing, automated testing and code coverage;

Ÿ            Fluent spoken English is a plus
