Position:                 Testing Manager/Testing Lead
Work Location:         Beijing, China

Responsibility
Ship large scale internet services, help end users to solve their problem, manage and mentor team members; we have the perfect opportunity for you;

Part of senior member of a team responsible for building a world class internet scale service focusing on various search features including but not limited to news, entertainment, multimedia, and other search verticals;

Partner with other discipline managers to provide significant contribution on engineering practice, feature sets and user scenarios, release schedule, as well as managing the multiple release cycles;

Requirements
At least 3 years working experience in software developing and testing is required. You must be good at C/C++/C# coding, excellent in problem solving, have good sense of software product quality and test workflow;

Able to lead a feature team and ship major feature areas;



Annual package up to 500K RMB plus bonus; negociable
