安装ALM 11.00时出现错误：
Following client components were not downloaded successfully:

1 . TdComandProtocol.exe :
Cannot download. Check this file is present on server.

Close all connections to Server and try again.

Tried to
-Close all the applications and rebooted the laptop
-Start up IE8 as administrator
-Put above website into trusted sites in Internet Options->Security
-Uninstall ALM client and reinstall it. Delete all Temporally Internet Files.

这些方法都不行，还是同样的错误
