We are looking for talented professionals for the roles of:
Senior Software Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

Participate in review of both software and test case designs, requirement specifications, and technical documents
Create test plans, test specifications, and related test documentation
Write automated test scripts using available test automation tools (QA Partner, Robot, SILK, Perl, and in-house tools) Document test results
Identify and track product defects
Participate in cross-product compatibility and performance testing
Communicate quality issues with all parties involved
Contribute to overall quality and quality practices
Coordinate tasks with other team members

Minimum Requirements:

BS/ BE/ B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering with at least 5 years in software testing experience.
Strong knowledge and working experience with Unix, Windows NT/2000/XP.
String knowledge with Database.


Process Engineer
Responsibility:
Identify opportunities for R&D process improvements (PIOs)
Participate in the analysis of PIOs and coordinate the improvement activities with EPG members
Coordinate implementation of improvements in projects, including training/roll-out of processes and tools
Provide process coaching to project teams
Maintain process assets and a profile of the tools used to support the processes
Evaluate /assess R&D process effectiveness and efficiency

Requirement:
B.S Degree in Software/or Electronic Engineering
At least 3 year's working experience in Quality Assurance or Process Improvement
knowledge in PI methodology with CMMI or QMS (ISO 13485/or ISO 9001)
Good communication skill in both Chinese and English
Self-motivated and proactive, quick learner, good team worker
