As a Team Leader, your responsibilities would include managing sub-teams in a project or a small project team ,rich experience in team handling.  5年

Application Consultants/Senior Application Consultants-(高级)应用顾问
        Minimum 3- 5 years of ERP/CRM (SAP, Oracle, Siebel/SPL) implementation or rollout experiences
        China implementation experiences will be preferable
        Good communications, presentation, and interpersonal skills

        Experienced in Financials, Logistics, SCM, Manufacturing, Projects, Sales, Services, or other relevant modules of the ERP/CRM packages

Oracle Applications Developers- Oracle应用开发
•        Experience in full-cycle technical development for Oracle Applications projects
•        Good analytical capabilities, strong IT knowledge and capability including system architecture, database, development tools.
•        Good experience in Oracle Applications customization/development, such as concurrent programs, forms, reports，Discoverer, XML Publisher
•        Familiar with Oracle database, PL/SQL, Sql*Plus.
•        Exposure to working in Unix environment
•        2-4 years experience in Oracle development or support projects.
•        Professional verbal and written communication skills；
•        Able to work under pressure and willing to travel.
•        Bachelor Degree in computer science or related and above.
Software Engineers-软件工程师,
        2-3 years development experience
        Experience with Oracle tools-based development (Reports, Forms, PL/SQL), Oracle Databases
        Java development skills (Java, Java script, JSP, XML)
        Exposure to Oracle ERP package is a plus
        Should be able to communicate well in English
        Bachelor or higher degree in computer science or related disciplines

Siebel Reports Lead – Analytics
        1- 2 years Siebel analytics experience.
        3-5 years of IT industry experience functional or technical role.
        Database related software development experience, Basic Advanced SQL statement, trigger and store procedure with PL/SQL or T-SQL etc.
        Experience with Siebel analytics tools - Informatica, Siebel answer and Siebel admin Tool
        Java programming, Java script, VB script, Unix Shell experience is a big plus.
        Should be able to communicate well in English
        Bachelor or higher degree in computer science or related disciplines

Siebel Functional Lead
        3-5 years experience,
        Should have experience with version 7.8, preferably for CPG industry
        Strong knowledge of Siebel products and functionality with at least one of Siebel Sales, Marketing, PRM and Order management.
        Must have experience in at least 2 Siebel project life cycles. Skills needed include advanced configuration, EIM, Scripting, Workflow and good understanding of Siebel application.
        Has relational database concepts, data modeling and understanding of SQL and/or relational database administration and/or expertise in RDBMS technologies.
        Has knowledge of the Siebel data model, object model, and server/middle tier components.
        Works on complex problems where analysis of situations requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
        Should be able to communicate well in English
        Bachelor or higher degree in computer science or related disciplines

Siebel Technical Developer
        1-2 years Siebel development experience using Siebel tools.
        Should have Database related software development experience, Basic Advanced SQL statement, trigger and store procedure with PL/SQL or T-SQL etc.
        Familiar with data handling process, experience in data transfer tool is highly preferred, such as Siebel EIM, Microsoft DTS.
        Familiar with Experience in data warehouse implementation, experience in data warehouse tools is a plus highly preferred, such as informatics.
        Familiar with EAI implementation, experience in Business workflow tools is highly preferred, such as Siebel workflow.
        Java programming, Java script, VB script, Unix Shell experience is a big plus.
        Familiar with version control systems
        Should be able to communicate well in English
        Bachelor or higher degree in computer science or related disciplines

-ABAP/4 developers:

•        Experience in full-cycle implementation of SAP projects, familiar with SAP project methodology.
•        Strong IT knowledge and capability, includes: system architecture, interface, database, SAP development tools
•        2+ years experience in SAP implementation or support project focusing on development, such as: SAP interactive report, Form/smartform, dialog programming, BDC, RFC, BAPI, IDOC, LSMW, Workflow, NetWeaver, etc.
•        Familiar with SAP ERP common Business Processes and Basis skill.
•        Professional verbal and written communication skills；
•        Able to work under pressure and willing to travel.
•        Bachelor Degree in computer science or related and above.

-SAP Basis consultant:
•        Experience in full-cycle implementation of SAP projects, familiar with SAP project methodology.
•        Strong IT knowledge and capability, includes: system architecture, interface, database, SAP Basis tools
•        Familiarity with Oracle database and DBA activities is a must.
•        2+ years experience in SAP implementation or support project focusing on Basis module, such as: SAP system installation and upgrade, patch import, database management and backup, system security administration, runtime monitoring and performance tuning, VPN network connection and Router configuring, NetWeaver, etc.
•        Familiar with SAP ERP common Business Processes and ABAP/4 development skill
•        Professional verbal and written communication skills；
•        Able to work under pressure and willing to travel.
