QC8.2安装结束的时候报错!

系统是2003 SERVER,安装到100%之后就是创建数据库表ADMIN(自己创建的登陆QC的时候的用户名,数据库用的是ORACLE 9I),请帮忙看看什么原因啊,装了很多遍了,一直都是这个错误。在XP上也是这样. 全部安装信息见附件
