Business Title: QA lead
Location        : Beijing

Specific responsibilities include:

        Write test design specifications based on feature/program requirements, functional specifications and design specs
        Develop Java/Ant/Shell-based test code to implement and automate test cases.  
        Develop project test plans, analyze risk trade-offs to programs.
        Contribute as team leader for small testing projects to define overall scope, make assignments to other team members and monitor progress.
        Review project documentation such as functional specs and design specs
        Provide technical information as necessary to other disciplines; provide test status reports to management

Minimum Qualifications:
        Significant Quality Assurance background (2-5 yrs)
        Position requires extensive testing of project features and development of automated testing environments for future regression testing
        Strong technical skills and experience in test automation, system testing and quality assurance
        Minimum 2 years in a testing environment; should be familiar with some advanced testing techniques (code coverage, QA testing tools/process)
        Very strong program development skills using the Java programming language and J2EE technologies (minimum 2-4 yrs).
        4-6 years experience required in software development environment
        Solid Windows and Unix development environment experience
        Must have excellent communication and writing skills
        Demonstrate ability to deliver product under extreme tight development schedule

Additional Qualifications:
        Experience with client/server and multi-threaded programming and/or Application development environments
        Experience with troubleshooting product problems on Windows and Unix Variant OSs (e.g. Linux, Solaris)
        Hands on experience in establishing testing infrastructure and testing automation
        Strong desire to innovate
        Strong sense of software quality assurance processes

Education:
BS or MS in Computer Science or related field of education
