工作地点:北京上地(前期到美国工作)

公司信息:一家美国公司在北京建立OQC,刚刚成立的项目组.需要一个能够能力强的leader

Responsibilities:
•    Work with QA team of a leading US provider of “Software as Service” (SaaS) solutions
•    Act as technical and management leader of a dedicated 10 member Offshore Quality Center (OQC) in Beijing, China
•    Build automation test scripts based on client specifications
•    Prepare and execute test scripts in the client’s QA environment or under client direction
•    Execute test scripts manually and/or via automated testing tools
•    Follow client and Linebeyond delivery, quality, security and IP protection process and methodology
•    Ensure delivery quality by meet and exceed SLA requirement
•    Continue to improve quality and productivity of the OQC team
•    Coach and train other team members in the OQC
•    Manage OQC stability and staff retention effectively
Basic Requirement:
•    Bachelor or above in Computer science or equivalent
•    Good English communications skills.
•    More than 4 years experience in software testing and test automation
•    At least 3 years of Mercury Interactive Quality Center (Test Director) experience.
•    At least 3 years of MI QTP (Quick Test Professional) test automation experience.
•    Strong knowledge in testing and automation testing methodologies and design.
•    Knowledge of SQL and JAVA.
•    Knowledge of SOA architecture, software as service concept, relational database and SQL.
•    Strong project lead/management experience.
•    Proven analytical and problem solving skills and detail oriented
•    Excel at working in a fast paced quality delivery and result oriented environment
•    Technically competent, creative, has initiative and able to work independently
•    Excellent Team player and motivator
Preferred Skills & Experiences:
•    In depth experience both in test automation MI/QTP and MI/Test Director.
•    Prior experience working in a multi-tier SaaS platform is a plus
•    Experience with Windows/UNIX system administration and TomCat servlet engine a plus
•    Self starter and can work and deliver effectively with minimum supervision
•    Ability to work in a highly demanding environment where teamwork is a must
•    Highly motivated, reliable and hard working

要求很高啊：
•    At least 3 years of Mercury Interactive Quality Center (Test Director) experience.
•    At least 3 years of MI QTP (Quick Test Professional) test automation experience.
如果熟悉一种工具的人应该很多，但熟悉2种而且都要3年以上就难了。

这样的人在那都难找，一般薪水都高的很。sdlkfj5
