[Key Responsibilities
1.        Focus on continued improvement in quality, productivity and efficiency within the scope of the department as well as the company;
2.        Assist in definition of testing plans, policies, criterion and flow, provide I18N/L10N knowledge support to both internal and external group members;
3.        Develop, maintain, and execute L10N/I18N test plans and test cases for local customizations;
4.        Evaluate the quality of problems for product, verify fixes and propose a fix to address the problems. Additionally, to write test plans to address the problems for future release for local OS/database/3rd party software;
5.        Summarize and maintain QA testing documentation for QA processes and problems tracking;
6.        Submit regular report as instructed for each project;
7.        Analyze text and generate the expected linguist analysis based on the specification - GUI Analysis from linguistic perspective as well as, display, layout, etc;
8.        Evaluate linguistic coverage (GUI strings, help and document review), report accuracy, identify linguistic bugs, trace regression of the products and technology, test tool development, debug through product localization code and coordinate with other test teams.

Specific Skills and Certifications
1.        Familiar well testing procedures, technology and methodology.
2.        Ability to determine sufficiency of test cases/procedures to ensure high product quality.
3.        Must have knowledge about Asian localization issues (fonts, encodings, etc.).
4.        Good experience with Windows system, Experience in system administration or network maintenance are preferred;
5.        Good knowledge of UNIX, system administrative experience within one of following operating system: HP, AIX, SUN, LINUX, and Netware… etc. is required.
6.        Strong technical knowledge of databases, solid understanding of relational database design and management, database administrative experience in one or several followed database products: DB2, Oracle, Sybase, Informix or SQL, etc.
7.        Understanding of Network (architecture and protocol), Internet and web technologies (including Java, HTML, etc.)
8.        CET 4 and having excellent communication skill in both written and oral English.
9.        Experience of leading a small QA team/project or working in a multinational project team.
10.        Excellent team-working spirits and ability to take ownership, individual initiative with your work.
11.        Prioritize and handle multiple tasks independently.
12.        Knowing a third language is preferred, Japanese, Korean, French, etc.
