1. Automation QA engineer
About Us
The SUSE Quality Assurance department plays a critical role in ensuring the overall quality of SUSE products. This QA AutomationEngineer position is a development role. In this position, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining automation tools and scripts as well as analyzing and debugging issues reported against test infrastructure, tools and test cases. You will work along with other QA engineers, product leaders and developers to fulfill these responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and document automation tools, features and test scripts.
- Execute automated tests and analyze and report the results.
- Create documentation
- Handle and fix reported issues, where applicable.
- Provide detailed reports for assigned tasks
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in software development/engineering
- Good communication skills (English)
- Strong dedication to Quality
- Understanding of the open source development model
- Deep and broad Linux knowledge
- Good product knowledge (SUSE Linux Enterprise family and openSUSE)
- Programming skills.
> Proficient in one or more programming language (preferred C/C++)
> Proficient in one or more scripting language (preferred PHP, Perl,
> Python, Bash).
> - Prior test automation or testing experience preferred:
> test automation
> test specification
> test documentation/reporting
> test execution
- Quick at learning and understanding new products and technologies.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a global team across time zones.

2. QA Engineer
Job Summary

3. Software Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an engineer to join a team that focused on Linux server technology, develop and maintain system packages for SUSE Linux Enterprise products. You will work with the best and the brightest engineers from different countries in the open source community to create innovative solutions for the future.
Skills & Experiences:
--2-3 years of experience in system software development in GNU/Linux or Unix
--A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical degree with relevant experience is preferred
--Must have extensive working knowledge of C, C++, Makefiles
--Knowledge of operating system internals
--Knowledge of open source software development concept and methodology
--Knowledge of Linux security is a big plus

4. SUSE- QA Engineer
Responsibilities:
* Timely definition, documentation and implementation of test criteria in working together with the
SUSE engineering teams, other Novell teams as well as Partners
* Construct and maintain automation test environments and tools on source codes
* Execution of software tests
* Development of test software for new technologies on demand
* Maintenance and improvements of existing test tools
* Ongoing evaluation of new test tools
* Integration of new test tools into existing test harnesses
Required Skills
* Graduation as IT Specialist or similar qualification;
* Strong programming skills in script languages (e.g. perl, python, shell)
* Knowledge of C or other programming languages is a plus
* Good knowledge of Unix and Linux operating systems
* Experience with debugging of systems and applications
* Fluent in verbal and written English
