QC迁移之后访问项目时弹出Fiel dose not exist提示

环境：
OS:win2003
DB:sqlserver 2000 (sp4)
QC:9.0
在迁移QC之后，出现了所示的问题

主要错误信息如下：No predifined system reports were loaded to Analysis menu.

一位国外朋友遇到相似问题，摘其文字如下：
I'm in the process of moving qc to a new server. It is on W2003. I have path / filenames getting close to the 256 limit on W2003, so I moved d:\program files\Mercury\Quality center\repository to c:\rep. I'ved changed the dbid.xml files and all looks good and I can access the data ok. Problem: Now when I log on or change modules I get Error: File Does not exist: C:\docume~\userid\locals~1\temp\td_80\51223613\Reports\testcycl_reports.xml. No predifined system reports were loaded to Analysis menu.

补充：
在访问具体的项目之后，在“缺陷”“需求”“测试计划”这几个面板进行切换时，会提示缺少不同的xml文件.

求解。
