Test Manager:

•Fluent written and spoken English
•Some experience in C and C++ programming, alternative HW development.
•Experience with development/testing of data communication products
•In-depth knowledge about
oIP
oEthernet layer 2 bridging and switching
oEthernet layer 3 routing
oLinux or other Embedded Operating Systems
oNetwork Management protocols e.g. SNMP, FTP
oIEEE and MEF Standards relevant for Ethernet
•Master of Science degree or equivalent
•Understanding of European culture and ways of doing business
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Minimum 6years work experience

Test Engineer:

•Fluent written and spoken English
•Some experience in C and C++ programming, alternative HW development.
•Experience with development/testing of data communication products
•In-depth knowledge about
oIP
oEthernet layer 2 bridging and switching
oEthernet layer 3 routing
oLinux or other Embedded Operating Systems
oNetwork Management protocols e.g. SNMP, FTP
oIEEE and MEF Standards relevant for Ethernet
•Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
•Understanding of European culture and ways of doing business
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Minimum 3years work experience

SQA Manager:

4 year technical degree (preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering).
• Fundamental understanding of software and the software process.
• 5 years as a first level SQA Manager for a complex embedded communications product (something similar to a CMTS in scope).
• Ability to lead and motivate a group of engineers.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Preferred qualifications include:
o Prior experience managing an SQA team for a CMTS (or very similar) product.
o IP, DOCSIS, PacketCable knowledge.
• Fluent English is a must
