Job Description
A Testing Engineer contributes to the development, delivery and maintenance of technology-based business solutions.  A Testing Engineer is skilled in designing, coding, testing, and implementation of configuration changes to software applications to meet both functional and technical requirements.  A Testing Engineer may have some oversight responsibility for the technology solution.

Key responsibilities may include:
        Investigate and analyze application functional specification and Business logic specification
        Working in an international team and communicate with the customers
        Execution test cases/scripts

Qualifications
        Minimum 1 years testing background with developing of test cases/scripts
        Knowledge of manual & automatic testing
        Knowledge of software testing process
        Ability to review test cases (all types of testing)
        Analysis of test result
        Knowledge of automated testing tools (i.e. Rational, MI, etc)
        Good English, communication and client handling skills
        Be familiar with at least one Program Language

        Excellent oral and written communication skills
