Test Engineer

RESPONSIBLITIES/DUTIES

o
Be an active, hands-on member of a cross-functional Scrum team

o
Take responsibility for the quality of  ITSM software products

o
Assist in driving testing best practice across the department

o
Help establish appropriate test processes and strategies

o
Support the continuing development of the testing skills within the department

o
Work to automate more of our test processes

o
Test automation

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Skills and Experience:

Essential

o
Solid understanding of the application lifecycle

o
Expert software testing experience on the Windows platform

o
Working knowledge of RDBMS (SQL Server and Oracle)

o
Able to write SQL queries and basic scripts

o
Knowledge of setting up and managing virtualised test labs (Ideally Hyper-V)

o
Familiar with working in an Agile/Scrum environment

o
Good understanding of test automation and automated testing tools

Desirable

o
Knowledge of Team Foundation Server, Test and Lab Manager 2010

o
Understanding of IT Service Management

Key Working Relationships:

o
The role works as part of a single cross-functional Scrum team, but needs to collaborate with other test engineers across other Scrum teams

韩语本地化测试

RESPONSIBLITIES/DUTIES

·
Performs specified tests in black and ad hoc testing scenarios.

·
Defects reporting and processing in Defect Tracking tools.

·
Executes localization tests, prepares and maintains a set of test machines and Operating Systems for the target language.

·
Supplementary jobs to guarantee Korean product quality.

·
Be willing to do other languages’ testing job according to the demand of daily task and team resource. (Simplified Chinese or Traditional Chinese)

·
May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Skills and Experience:

·
3years of related experience.

·
Skills in Software Testing – particularly in Localization.

·
Proficiency with Defect Tracking tools and Defect Lifecycle management.

·
Knowledge or Experience of Databases – SQL, Oracle.

·
Defect Analysis and Troubleshooting Skills.

·
Minimum of Business Level fluency in Target Language (Korean).

·
Minimum of Business Level fluency in English.

·
Ability to establish and manage shifting priorities, multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

·
Strong organizational skills with ability to handle various tasks; attention to detail.

·
Strong oral and written communication skills.

·
Must be able to work well with others as part of a Team.

Preferred Qualifications:

·
Experience with Software translation (English→Korean) is a plus.
