Job Description
A Senior Testing Engineer contributes to the development, delivery and maintenance of technology-based business solutions.  A Senior Testing Engineer is skilled in designing, coding, testing, and implementation of configuration changes to software applications to meet both functional and technical requirements.  A Senior Testing Engineer may have some oversight responsibility for the technology solution and may assist in the development of the team.

Key responsibilities may include:
       Investigate and analyze application functional specification and Business logic specification
       Developing test strategy, test plan, test cases and test result
       Working in an international team and communicate with the customers
       Be familiar with profiling, competitor analysis, information architecture design

Qualifications
       Worked in the area of Test Scripting 2 to 3 years exp
       Experience in using at least one of the following tools - QTP, Loadrunner, SilkTest and SilkPerformer, Rational Functional Tester, Rational Performance
       Self motivator and fast learner
       Familiar with software engineering
       Ability of independent and team work with strong drive for results
       Strong customer and quality focus
       Good written and spoken communication skills in English
       Solid skill and experience in software testing
       Knowledge of software testing process
       Ability to review test cases (all types of testing)
