Software Testing Team Leader
Key Responsibilities
Define software testing strategy & plan to meet the project and product requiremets
Drive software verification/validation tests and regression, perform the right technical expertise and analysis, responsible for test deliverables
Provide supports to whole software product development lifecycle
Follow Honeywell DFSS process and master related standards to assure high quality product delivery
Drive test team in improving our internal rules, test methodology and procedures in accordance with those defined by pilot activity
Key accountabilities
Interface with Software Development team to analyze Product Design and capture Test Requirements
Schedule test activities and resource allocation
Create Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Reports
Develop, modify and maintain Test Tools (including Requirements Definition and Specification Creation)
Conduct Product Testing and Defect Analysis
Maintain Problem Report Tracking
Help in Configuration Management Support and preparation of Product Delivery to customers
Provide proactive Risk Assessment and Mitigation Plan
Coach other test team member
Qualifications and Experience
MA in Computer/Electronics/Automation
3-5 years software test experience, MNC is plus.
Strong knowledge in product quality, test methodology and software tools, are required.
Experience of testing within a RAD, agile or iterative development environment
Software development experience, or familiar with C/C++,.NET, Java language
All-round experience of both manual & automated tests, also white & black box tests
Project or team management experience is preferred
Outstanding communication skills, open & friendly culture
Good English oral and write
