主要工作职责：
工作内容：
1. 通过专业工具,完成与客户有效的沟通,达到深入地理解客户的招募需求;
2. 在公司资深顾问的指导下, 制定人才搜索和寻访的计划,并完成人才搜罗任务;
3. 使用专业工具,完成对潜在候选人的甄选和评估,并向客户提供候选人清单;
4. 保持与客户沟通并协调跟进具体项目的进展;
5. 负责具体项目的运作，并完成具体项目的系列业务活动（包括候选人的寻访，甄选，评
估与推荐）达成个人业绩目标;
6. 必要时参与客户开发以及业务拓展活动；
7. 以上工作对于入门级顾问均有资深顾问的辅导和指导；
8. 公司会提供相对系统的培训，来保证顾问具备相应的工作技能、方法和知识。

任职要求：
1. 本科或者硕士以上教育背景; 计算机，通信等相关专业优先；
2. 有专业领域工作/实习经验，在高科技行业从事过销售，软件开发，测试等研发工作
3. 良好的沟通与表达技巧；
4. 良好的英语表达能力(书写必须, 具备沟通能力优先)；
5. 能够在压力与挑战下保持乐观与适度自信工作态度；
6. 良好的人际交往能力与沟通技巧；
7. 能够对工作保有激情，愿意与公司共同成长。
