Testing Engineer
职位描述：
Requirement:
1)Major in Computer Science or relative specialty.
2)Above CET-4.
3)Having at least 1 year's software development (Java or .NET domain) and 1 year's software testing experiences.
4)Master Oracle and SQL Serve, experienced in data warehousing is preferred.
5)Be familiar with software testing progress and testing tools like clearquest.
6)Strong file edit ability and good presentation skill is preferred.
7)Patience and passion, teamwork spirits, smart in testing flow.
Key responsibilities are:
·Understand the business logic of the project
·Clarify and get updated functional requirement from Project Leader
·Design test cases, ensure all functionalities are covered
·Review test cases with Project Leader
·Evaluate the test result, ensure feedback from development team is achieved
·Document test result, review it with development team
·Review test result with Project Leader
·Conduct the testing base on test case and ensure the cover of the test case
·Document the outcomes into the testing system and maintain the status
·Inform development team of the defects

Key responsibilities are:
·Understand the scope of testing for the project
·Identify process and methodologies to be used
·Define the test strategy and prepare test plan for the project
·Submit test plan to Test Manager for review
·Review the test strategy and test plan with Project Manager /Project Leader of development team
·Get the approval of test plan from Project Manager
·Monitor and analyse the actual performance against the plan, and ensure timely adaptive action is taken.
·Review the work completed by Test Designer and Tester
·Analyse the test results and highlight the potential risk
·Maintain test statistics, prepare Monthly Test Summary Report, submit to Test Manager and Project Manager
·Follow up on regression test arrangement and testing
·Highlight issues and deviations to Project Leader or Project Manager where appropriate
