Job Description
-- Support sales team to collect and analyze business requirements on quality and testing service
-- As a solution architect to write proposal and bidding documents
-- Provide professional quality and testing consulting service to Domestic customers
-- Closely work with deliver team and make sure project deliver successfully with High TCE
--Create new service/Biz opportunity during project delivery
Job Requirement
-- Strong business sense, very good customer communication skills
-- Very familiar with Software Lifecycles and Quantity Management related Methodology (CMMI/IPD/Scrum/Rup/lean Sigma/ITIL/PMP )
-- Solid Project Management, Software Engineering and/or Quality related experience
-- Experienced on FSI and CME industry
--Experienced as a PM in consulting service projects as well as a leading consultant
-- Strong customer and quality focus
-- Self motivator and fast learner
-- Ability of independent and team work with strong drive for results
-- General Knowledge on UML ,Database , Unix and Network
-- Skillful on MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio)
-- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Work Experience
--Over 8 years experience
-- At least 2 years consulting on CMMI/IPD/ITIL experiences, has excellent presentation skills as well as document writing skills.
--At least 5 years IT working experience with advanced Software Development background

能力素质要求:

3) 精通测试管理过程,特别是性能测试管理过程;
4) 精通Load runner及性能测试技术;
5) 具备丰富的性能测试项目经验;
6) 具备很好的方案及报告(PPT、WORD)编写及讲解能力;
7) 具备良好的客户关系处理技巧;
8) 具备技术观点冲突处理及谈判能力;
9) 需要熟悉网络、UNIX/LINUX、Oracle等基础技能;
10) 严格遵守惠普客户服务的技术规范与要求。
工作经验要求:
1) 具备5年以上工作经验;
2) 2年以上开发经验;
3) 3年以上性能测试及相关经验;
