我是个新手，没有过正规的培训，也没有一个人可以系统的教一教我到底应该怎样走出第一步？现在的测试工具工具那么多，到底怎么选择？我看了很多的论坛，也看了不少相关的话题，可是没有人指点的话，我还是向个没头的苍蝇，在这里乱转，请各位帮个忙，给我个指点。给我点光亮，我也好顺着这条路一直走，谢谢了！

１，看书。
２，思考。
３，动手。
４，不浮于表面。

楼上的这句话貌似已经用过n次了 呵呵
我给楼主的建议是先系统的学下测试理论，最好结合实际情况学习理论
测试工具确实很多但要根据需要去选择、学习
慢慢来 呵呵 欲速则不达

Give you a suggestion: not anyone can acquire training or coach from others, do not give too much excuse or pretext for yourself.
And remeber:Nothing is impossible to a willing heart!
You should feel for ahead work steadily, learn from former meanwhile do and simulate by yourself

其实 关键还是在于你自己了
我也入行不久，尽管我以前做开发，好像每天都在学习 学习
但是我都是从最基础学起，例如测试基本概念之类,测试工具如LR WR录制脚本等
尽管自己感觉收获不大，但是我想慢慢就会好起来的...

Vast and hazy(maybe perplexed is more appropriate) of the jackaroo can apprehend easily and naturally, and I understand your heart. But again, I just would say: take your easy!
You can read the book which named The Process of Performance Testing if you have incomprehension about them
Theory is indispensable but not everything, you can accumulate them through practicing.
Performance testing not only how to use the tools but analyze the results, and estimate where bottleneck is in. So if you want to make performance testing perfect, I advise you capture mathematics(in special, statistics ) and network information all-importantly.

is a good book too, you can choose to read.

初学者我觉得看看LR，WR，QTP的PDF不错，资料蛮多的而且很多都讲的挺基础的东西，容易学，边看还能用软件自己操作，我也是着样入门的

可恨我们公司不让聊天，包括msn和qq，要不然我就骚扰你了。
其实英语还是很有用的，有些很好的资料没有中文的或翻译过来变味，原汁原味的多好。

我也是看了，但是我下载下来的都不能用，除了不能安装，就是要序列码的，我有PDF看了，不能操作，也是没用的！
请问你有没有？能不能给我发个呢？谢谢了！

尽管测试提高最好的方法就是实践，但基础测试理论也非常必要，上来就用工具什么的不太合适

就好像咱们大家伙上了这么多年的学究竟为了什么是一样的，学的都是基础，而这个社会需要的是你实践的能力，可是如果你没上过学，人家也不会要你。

把行业标准、测试技术理论先熟悉下
不要着急用工具，我见过不少人，工具用的不错，但对测试的整个知识体系根本就不了解

学工具直接看软件中的帮助最好！

It never mind, although we don't confine to install chat system,I have limited time to chat too.

LR offer temporary version， you can download from authoritative web.
License is not required (it just limit the intercurrent Vusers and the days how long you can use the software)during you learning process.

I agree with you very much!
But if you have used tools or you are familiar with some tools, I think it can boost up your self-confidence. So if you are curious about performance testing and have no  tools experience, I think it is a good way to practise one tool first!
