Test Lead（测试主管）- 北京、成都、武汉

Job Descriptions （职位描述）:

• Establish local production site, develop growth strategies and manage daily operations
  负责组建当地测试中心，制定发展策略，负责日常运营
• Recruit, manage and train testers
  负责招聘测试工程师，并对测试团队成员进行管理和培训
• Define test strategy, test plan, identify required test tools and harnesses
  制定测试策略，测试计划，明确测试所需的工具
• Lead test team to execute test plan and track testing progress
  领导测试团队执行测试计划，跟踪监控测试进度
• Work closely together with regional headquarter and in-country offices to provide production support
  与地区总部和分公司紧密协作，提供生产支持

Qualifications （职位要求）:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  计算机或相关专业本科以上学历
• At least 3 years experience of leading a localization test team, or equivalent
  至少三年本地化测试主管 ( 或同等职位) 经验
• Good communication skills in both writing and speaking on English and Chinese
  良好的中英文书面和口语表达能力
• Strong cross group collaboration skills
  出色的团队协调能力
• Strong ability in testing problem solving, leadership and decision making
  具有较强的测试，解决问题，领导和决策能力
• Good knowledge of miscellaneous test methodologies and techniques.
  熟悉多种测试方案及测试技术
